      The first dinosaurs are thought to have appeared about 240 million years ago, with many different types of dinosaurs evolving after that.

      About 65 million years ago, almost all of these dinosaurs had become extinct – but it’s important to remember that one type of dinosaur evolved into something else and can still be found today…. BIRDS!

      That’s right, birds are actually living dinosaurs! So the next time you see a bird outside, you can tell people that you’ve just seen a dinosaur! 😀
