• Question: what is the difference between a planet and a star

      As far as I know, to be a star you have to be big enough and hot enough to be able to start nuclear reactions at your core – which is what produces all the light and heat.

      Planets tend to be much smaller and cooler, but still big enough to become a nice round shape thanks to gravity pulling it all in together!
